 WHAT IS CROSSTRAINING?

Let’s start with the basics. What is CrossTraining all about? The purpose of CrossTraining is diverse just like CrossTraining itself. Through CrossTraining, you can develop your general physical fitness and stamina. It improves your flexibility, agility, strength, preciseness, perseverance, performance, coordination, endurance, swiftness and balance. But more importantly, you can experience the motivating force of community, thanks to which you will take more pleasure in coming to the training than ever before.

WHY CrossTraining?

So why should you choose CrossTraining? By going into CrossTraining several of our basic skills can be improved at the same time, like strength-stamina, swiftness, dynamism, coordination, preciseness, therefore, you will reach extraordinary performance in more than one field, and you can acquire general skills into the basis of several sports. We recommend CrossTraining regardless of sex and age, since it helps maintain your physical and mental freshness, it is the basic element of a healthy lifestyle and helps prevent many illnesses and diseases.

HOW CAN YOU MAKE A START?

If you are interested in CrossTraining and you want to try it, please feel free to contact us, we are happy to help you. We guarantee that you won’t be alone. The first class will only cost you some free time, and if you choose to become part of our community, you can rely on the reasonable pass prices. If you happen to be a beginner, you can choose to attend our 1-month class (12 occasions) especially for beginners where you can learn the basics of CrossTraining.
